WHAT WE DO
Commercial
The bays, aisles and overflow areas that make up most of your impervious area. Treating the storm where it lands is usually cheaper than piping it to a tank in the low corner.
Domestic
Crossovers, driveways and hardstand on a single allotment. The usual trigger is a stormwater condition on a knock-down rebuild, and a 100 mm surface on a drained base clears it.
Civil
Paths, verges, plaza paving and shared zones. A permeable surface keeps water in the root zone of the street trees instead of sending it straight to the kerb.
Arboricultural
Paving inside a TPZ under AS 4970, built no-dig so the structural root zone is never excavated or compacted. We work to the radius the arborist nominates, not around it.
Commercial & Domestic
Courts, run-offs and spectator areas that have to drain fast and be usable straight after a storm. No crossfall to a pit, and no puddle sitting on the baseline.
Industrial
Access lanes, depot hardstand, maintenance aprons and the drainage reserve around them. Designed to the traffic and the catchment, not picked out of a catalogue.
Industrial
Large, flat, heavily conditioned areas where surface water has nowhere useful to go. The storage lives in the base, under pavement the site already needed.
Domestic & Commercial
Bulk excavation, subgrade preparation and the washed open-graded base that does the actual storing. Get this layer wrong and the surface above it cannot save you.
Professional
Supply, placement, compaction and curing by crews who pour permeable every week. The narrow window on water content and curing is where most failures start.

These are the ranges a permeable concrete pavement usually lands in. They are not a specification for your site. The real build comes out of the geotechnical report, the traffic, and the volume your catchment has to hold, which is exactly what a spec review produces.
HOW A JOB RUNS
Thirty minutes with an engineer. Bring the drainage plan, the geotechnical report if you have one, and the council condition you are trying to clear. If permeable is the wrong answer for your site, this is where we say so.
We hand your civil consultant the infiltration rate, void ratio and layer build to drop into a MUSIC node against the State Planning Policy objectives, plus the drainage detail your council checks against the FNQROC Design Manual.
Excavation, subgrade preparation, the washed open-graded base, then the pour. Placement, compaction and curing by a crew that places permeable every week.
Infiltration tested on the finished surface, and a maintenance schedule the owner can actually follow. Sweeping intervals, not a lecture.
